To celebrate the launch of the new issue, we also have a new website, Callithump.org. We're finally breaking down and letting people buy Callithump! content online, so people who aren't near Orono or Belfast can get in on the fun. The store doesn't have much in it right now, but it will!
I went out to the kitchen to make coffee — yards of coffee. Rich, strong, bitter, boiling hot, ruthless, depraved. The lifeblood of tired men. --Raymond Chandler, The Long Goodbye

Callithump! New issue! New website!

Interesting idea. Certainly one I would expect from you. I'll have to track down my very own copy in the Portland store. Is it an Unbridled Lust for a new generation?
It certainly is a return to my roots doing this. I only got involved in computers because I wanted to do Unbrlidled Lust! in the first place, and that led to pretty much to my entire career afterwards.
At the same time, Callithump! is a lot more playful and frivolous. We had a real mission with Unbridled Lust!. Back then there were no venues for art, literature or viewpoints outside the mainstream in Eastern Maine. Now with the World Wide Web, everyone with a modicum of determination can have a voice! The new challenge is to create an experience that you can't get over the Internet.
Let me know what you think when you get to Artascope to get your capsules!
